Welcome to the Digital Literacy Acquisition & Equity Research Hub

We are pleased and excited to announce the launch of the Digital Literacy Acquisition and Equity Research (DLAER – pronounced “da lair”) Hub website. The website is intended to keep you connected to our research project into Digital Literacy Acquisition and Digital Equity.  Each week we will feature posts about the numerous publications we have created with the intent to help adult educators better serve the needs of their learners.  We will also invite guest writers to share their experience with adult learners and in using the outcomes of our research.  We encourage you to make this an interactive website by posting comments so that we in the field of adult education can better learn from one another.

To start, here is an overview of the publications we have available that emerged from our 4-years of research into the Digital Literacy Acquisition of Adult Learners.. Over the coming months, we will be featuring different individual briefs, case studies, articles, and presentations. If there is a particular area you want to learn more about, let us know either in the comments section or by using the Contact form. We’ll do our best to respond to your needs.

We’ve organized our findings into these general areas. A complete list of publications and links to those publications is available.

We hope you are as excited about these materials as we are, and we are looking forward to what will be many fruitful conversations about these findings and your work in adult digital literacy acquisition.
